    Your coach will meet with you to discuss your goals, current circumstances, your motivations and your concerns. Your coach will be with you every step of the way as you begin your property investment journey and make sure that all of your needs are met. They will also put you in touch with a specialsed Finance Professional who will ensure that your financial needs are also met.

  • Dedicated Property Profiling

    Not all investment properties are the same. And the type of investment that works for your friend or relative may not necessarily work for you. It is extremely important to make sure that the investment property you purchase has been specifically matched for your circumstances. In many cases your Property Coach will work with you to get advice from other industry professionals such as your Accountant or Financial Planner.

  • Client Relationship Manager

    Once you have decided to proceed with your new investment property a Client Liason Manager will be allocated to you. This person is your “Go To Person” for all of your questions relating to contracts, council, construction, progress claims, handover, property management, depreciation reports, maintenance etc. They are there to be of service to you.

  • Property Management

    Your Client Relationship Manager will be able to recommend a Property Manager and will coordinate the handover of keys etc once your property is ready to be tenanted

  • Depreciation Reports

    Your Client Relationship Manager will discuss with you the options available for Depreciation Reports and can organise one to be compiled for your specific property

  • Post Handover Reports

    Once your property has handed over you will meet with our finance team to ensure that your accounts are all running smoothly and that all of your expectations have been met.

  • 6 Monthly Reviews

    6 months after your property has handed over a member of our team will be back in touch with you to see how everything is going and to see if we can be of any more assistance.
