Craig has owned and managed the PIC Group since 1993 and as a successful private investor in his own right, comes from a back ground in the insurance, financial planning, and real estate development industries.
In his 35 year business career, starting as a salesman with the AMP Society, he spent 13 years developing his skills in relationship management, sales and financial planning in a range of positions from direct sales, sales manager and licensed dealers representative.
In the early 90s he headed up a leading edge software development company dealing with the financial assessment of direct property. This created a natural progression into direct property co-ordination for clients.
Craig is now a registered property developer and real estate principal, is a registered owner of a finance broking firm and is the chief executive and majority shareholder of a suite of 5 companies under the banner of the PIC Group of Companies.
Craig’s businesses have stayed at the leading edge of his chosen industries and his skills as a lateral thinking business leader has added the entrepreneurial leadership required in all successful businesses.
Craig believes clients don’t change their personalities and has developed an understanding that for people to get ahead they need to understand they need to do strategies that are within their current capabilities and comfort levels. Most clients already have all the knowledge and experience required to become successful and wealthy, they just need to remember what they already know, re focus to gain intentionality and step forward.
Kira Lyttle
Office Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager
With over 7 years’ experience working within the Real Estate industry, Kira has worked alongside some of the big names in Property Investing.
In 2013 she joined the PiC Group as the Office Manager and head of the Sales & Marketing team, as well as assisting the CEO to make sure our clients experience is seamless and enjoyable.
She also coordinates our Super Alchemy department, being the key point of contact for our clients going through setting up their SMSF structures, liaising with the professional network as needed, then helping guide through to settlement to take as much involvement and stress out of the process as possible.
Her passion, since a young adult, has been based around property investments, and the most rewarding part of being with the PiC Group is see clients achieve great results by being a part of our Group.
Hazel Wilson
Accounts & HR Manager / Client Build Liaison
Hazel Wilson is the Human Resources and Accounts Manager for the PIC Group of Companies. Her knowledge of the business allows her to support the company in its growth.
She has been a part of this business since 1992 when it was first established. Like all staff at the PIC Group, Hazel believes property is the key to financial freedom in retirement.
Stephen Kovacs
Property Consultant
Stephen also known as Steve is a property investment strategist with over 20 years of experience. Stephen has partnered with Craig Wilson on various property developments in the past. Together they specifically identify what a potential client is trying to achieve in property investment and then matches possible solutions that are appropriate to their circumstances. When investing in property it’s important for you to have access to experts you can trust. With many decisions to make, it’s the one area where you only want the best.
With his vast connections to the best industry experts he is able to provide a higher quality and more affordable service to his clients with full independence and accountability.

Pauleen Avenir

Pauleen works closely with Kira and assists the team with theirs tasks.
Pauleen used to work as a loans and marketing specialist. Unlike her fellow team members, she is fairly new to the world of property investment and with the help of the senior members, she has come to enjoy the business since joining last December 2017.
